What is inside Ledger

Five stops on the tab bar: Home, the Board, the Exchange, the Arcade and More. Behind More sit the Vault, your account, Limits, Showdown and Circles.

The plain answer

Ledger is a free prediction game. Float is the virtual currency you play with and it refills. Standing is your permanent record of correct calls, and only a real result can change it. Scout explains any line and never recommends a side. The Arcade is games of chance for Float only. The Exchange is for buying and selling stocks and crypto with Float at real prices.

Home

Home is where you land. It shows the first call worth looking at and your open calls, each in one place.

The Board

The Board lists real games and culture events with a price on each side. You pick a side, put Float on it, and the call is graded against the real result. Correct calls add to your Standing.

The Exchange

The Exchange lets you buy and sell stocks and crypto with Float at real market prices. There is no leverage. Simple trades have no fee or spread; Advanced trades cross the spread and pay a 0.10% fee in Float. Nothing you do there changes your Standing.

Circles

Circles let you play the same board with friends. You share a join code and talk in the Circle's chat. The Leaderboard lives here too, and it never ranks by volume.

The Arcade

The Arcade holds games of chance, such as the Reels and cards, played for Float only. It sits on the tab bar and asks once before you enter. It never changes your Standing.

The Vault

The Vault keeps your level, your seals and your card set. You earn most of it by making calls over time. The shop sells some items for Float, such as packs and an Overprint that adds 25% to your next call's Float return. Nothing in it is bought with money.

Showdown

Showdown is where you play one-on-one. You can enter the daily Gauntlet or post a Duel on a real market, and both settle on the real result.

Account

Your account holds your record and your controls. You can set a session budget, turn on a reality-check reminder, and take a break, which pays Float.

The glossary explains every word Ledger uses, one at a time.

The words, in one list

  • FloatFree virtual currency. It refills and cannot be bought or cashed out.
  • StandingPermanent record of correct reality-graded calls. Board, Gauntlet, Duels only.
  • Shadow LineWhat a real book would have taken from your graded calls. An estimate. Nothing was charged.
  • PushA dead heat. Float returns and Standing holds. Not a half win.
  • VoidA call still open too long after it was due. Float returns. Not a loss.
  • Cool-offOnce a day you can rest. The streak clears, the rest is written, and 150 Float comes with it.
  • PrintsOfficial closes on the Exchange. A print is a market read, not a Standing call.
  • The DividendFree Float that falls weekly, and again when the room rests. Never triggered by losses.
  • ScoutThe companion. He explains any line and never recommends a side.
  • PassI read it and passed. Logged. Standing does not move.
