Closed Float versus sweeps Cash
Fliff is a polished sweeps sportsbook. Ledger is a judgment desk. They are not the same product wearing different chrome.
Updated September 11, 2026
Fliff runs a dual-currency sweeps model: play money on one side, redeemable Cash on the other, with missions and a sportsbook face. Ledger runs a closed Float economy. Float cannot be bought. Standing cannot be cashed. There is no Gold / Sweeps pair, no redeemable prize, and no mission spam that pays for ticket volume. If you want a sweeps book, that is Fliff. If you want a record of judgment with no cash door, that is Ledger.
What Fliff is
Fliff is a sweeps-style sportsbook. Public product copy describes Gold (purchasable play currency) and Sweeps Cash (redeemable under sweeps rules). The face is a sportsbook: lines, parlays, missions, a polished mobile app. Ledger does not run Fliff’s books and does not publish Fliff’s player counts. This page compares architecture, not marketing claims we cannot audit.
What Ledger is
Ledger is a free-to-play prediction desk. One currency: Float. It refills. It cannot be bought. Standing moves only from reality-graded Board, Gauntlet, and Duel calls. The Arcade never writes Standing. Scout never Places and never hustles a chance door. The Shadow Line estimates what a real book would have taken. Nothing was charged. There is no cash-out screen to find.
The fork that matters
A sweeps product has a door back to money, however narrow the rules. A closed Float desk does not. That is not a vibe. It is the difference between a prize and a record. Ledger will not grow a second wallet to look like Fliff. We will not ship missions that pay for staking volume. We will not celebrate a loss as a near miss that almost cashed out.
